My Story

Hi there, my name is Zoe!

RESET. was created because I know what it feels like to be stretched too thin. Between work, life, and everything in between, I realized how easy it is to put self-care on the back burner, and how much we all need a space to truly recharge.

Living with endometriosis taught me just how essential recovery, movement, and self-care really are. Pilates became my sanctuary: a way to rebuild strength, manage pain, and reconnect with my body.

Through that journey, I realized something important: true wellness isn’t just about pushing harder or staying busy, it’s about intentional recovery. That insight is what created Reset: a space where anyone can step away from the noise, prioritize their body, and recharge, whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply need a moment to reset.
